Duties And ResponsibilitiesThis position will report to the Department Manager and will serve as a critical member of the construction team. The Plumbing Journeyman/Master will be required to meet all current Federal and State requirements of a licensed journeyman plumber where applicable. Specific job duties:
- Operate as a point of contact for general contractors, subs, and clients.
- Maintain regular communication with the General Manager, General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, and Clients.
- Read and work from blueprints, technical manuals, charts, and schematics.
- Work closely with purchasing manager to procure materials.
- Efficiently communicate new project needs with field/admin/accounting.
- Engage in project forecasting and the creation of schedules.
- Appropriately account for scope and exclusions in all contracts.
- Perform all plumbing work in accordance with code and company standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed or licensed eligible MT Plumbing Journeyman/Master.
- Valid MT driver’s license, or ability to acquire within 3 months.
- Possess a journeyman/Master level knowledge of building and plumbing codes, safety regulations, and safety practices.
- Preferred:
Service plumbing experience.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: communicate with others both physically present and on the telephone; sit and stand; move, use hands to operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move objects up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects over 50 pounds.
