This position is full-time. HRDC also offers flexible schedules and a "reduced work week", which encourages full-time staff to use up to 4 paid hours weekly for their personal wellness.

General
Summary:
The Blueprint Transitional Housing Coordinator is a vital part of youth programming and is responsible for coordinating the operations of the Blueprint (Youth) Transitional Housing property and delivery of case management to the residents there. Blueprint Transitional Housing is a semi-independent, communal living facility that supports 16-24 year-olds for up to two years. This role involves coordinating the delivery of supportive housing services with various professionals, internal programs, and community partners.
The coordinator ensures that program activities meet organizational goals, maintains program expectations, and works closely with Resource Property Management (RPM) for facility operations to support seamless program function.
The position includes coordinating and assessing potential young adult participants experiencing homelessness, monitoring their daily progress, facilitating house meetings, and coordinating case conferences with case management team members. The program works with two properties on one central campus that accommodate different youth populations of various ages and development levels. One of the transitional homes works directly with our minor population and adheres to strict confidentiality and reporting requirements.
