  • Being a team player
  • Build OTF attendance and retain clientele
  • Ensure the safety of participants in regard to heart rate and exercise technique
  • Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels
  • Attend monthly fitness staff meetings and required educational presentations
  • Assist membership consultants, when needed, with OTF studio tours and sales
  • Leading and coaching the coaching staff to continue to grow and improve
  • Ensure consistency amongst coaching staff

This is a team leadership position, and the expectation is to lead by example. The Head Coach is responsible for leading the studio toward monthly goals and achieving these goals. A large part of the position is being out front, engaging with the members and staff. As a leader, you should be readily available to assist coaches when needed. • Ability to multi-task and stay organized
  • Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
