Roll-Off Drivers

Seeking a Class A or B CDL Roll-Off Driver at $32 per hour for a full-time, year-round position.

Locally grown, veteran‑owned waste hauler searching for energetic individuals to join our team.

The truck operator will be responsible for the operation of Roll‑Off trucks.

• Perform vehicle safety checks before and after routes.
• Drive varied routes daily.
• Collect materials from roll‑off containers and dispose them at appropriate sites (landfill or recycling centers).
• Notify dispatchers and/or supervisors of delays, unsafe sites, accidents, breakdowns, or other issues.
• Operate hoist or compress machinery.
• Clean and inspect vehicles at the end of the day.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

• Understand and follow directions.
• Adhere to safety standards and guidelines.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Class A or B Driver's License.
• Commercial driving experience: 1 year preferred.

• Background investigation, supervised drug screen, post‑offer/pre‑employment medical screen, and verification of education, certifications, and licenses prior to employment.

• Prolonged periods sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and throwing.
• Must be able to lift up to 51 pounds at times.
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
• Exposure to strong odors.
