Montana’s premier hot tub and sauna business is seeking a motivated Fleet & Logistics Coordinator to support event operations across Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming. This role is responsible for hauling heavy equipment (hot tubs, saunas) between locations, unloading, and performing fleet maintenance inspections on company vehicles. The ideal candidate will maintain DOT compliance and logs, track and log inter-store inventory transfers, schedule vehicle repairs, and provide guidance on vehicle replacements.
Must be willing to travel throughout the region (including weekends year-round), operate a forklift, and lift 100+ pounds. DOT physical required. We offer long-term opportunities for career advancement.

- Schedule all necessary fleet maintenance and repairs
- Train all drivers in proper vehicle maintenance practices
- Track and log inventory transferred between stores
- Maintain all required DOT logs, documents and pass DOT physical
- Operate a forklift (must become certified as forklift trainer)
- Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
