Transportation is one of the first and last experiences guests have at Lone Mountain Ranch. From greeting arriving guests at the airport to coordinating transportation throughout the ranch, our Transportation team helps create a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
As a Transportation Supervisor, you'll play a hands‑on role in the daily transportation operation.You’ll coordinate schedules, dispatch drivers, provide transportation for guests and employees, and keep the department running smoothly. Working alongside your fellow Transportation Supervisor, you’ll adapt to changing priorities, solve operational challenges, and deliver exceptional guest service every day.

What You’ll Do- Coordinate daily transportation schedules for guest arrivals, departures, activities, dining experiences, and employee transportation.
- Dispatch drivers and make real‑time adjustments throughout the day as schedules, flights, weather, and operational priorities change.
- Monitor flight arrivals and proactively adjust transportation plans to ensure timely guest service.
- Safely transport guests and employees to and from the airport, throughout the ranch, and to approved off‑property destinations.
- Deliver warm, authentic hospitality during every guest interaction, creating a welcoming first and last impression of Lone Mountain Ranch.
- Coordinate closely with Front Desk, Concierge, Activities, Housekeeping, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assign vehicles, maintain accurate transportation schedules and records, and communicate operational updates to the transportation team.
- Support the day‑to‑day success of the Transportation team by answering questions, sharing knowledge, onboarding new team members, and helping maintain consistent service standards.
- Help monitor vehicle readiness, cleanliness, fuelling, and maintenance needs to keep the fleet operating safely and efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining a guest‑first approach.

- Previous experience in transportation, dispatch, hospitality, guest services, logistics, or operations preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and two‑way radios.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles in mountain terrain and winter driving conditions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs.
- Frequently sit, stand, walk, and drive throughout the workday.
- Frequently use computers, phones, and two‑way radios.
- Assist guests with luggage as needed.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Safely operate passenger vehicles throughout all seasons.
