FOH Supervisor

Holroyd Howe, Winchester house school are looking for a FOH Supervisor to join the team.

We are currently seeking a professional, proactive, and service-driven Supervisor to join our dedicated team at our private boarding school in Brackley, Northamptonshire.

This is a hands‑on leadership role, perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail.

Salary 13 PH x 37.5 hours 1

Working 5 days Monday to Friday term time only (170 days - 165 working days and 5 inset working days)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the catering serviced, ensuring smooth service across the dining rooms and BOH areas.

Lead and motivate staff to maintain high service standards and member satisfaction.

Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.

Ensure the school maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Support the management team in implementing policies and enhancing service offerings.

Oversee events.

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a catering environment.

Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Flexible availability as may involve some weekends.
