Night Manager - Bracknell | Up to £34,000 per annum, great benefits and potential live-in accommodation.
Are you an experienced Night Manager looking for your next opportunity in Bracknell? Key Responsibilities:
You'll be responsible for ensuring the hotel runs smoothly throughout the night by:
Representing the management team during overnight operations
Overseeing the Reception desk and wider hotel
Completing all night procedures and audits accurately
Leading, supporting and supervising the Night Reception team
Working closely with all departments to deliver a seamless guest experience
Supervising guest check-ins and check-outs
Handling guest enquiries, requests and complaints professionally
Maintaining high standards of guest safety, security and hotel compliance
What we're looking for:
To succeed as a Night Manager, you'll have:
Previous experience in a Night Manager or similar supervisory hotel position
Strong leadership and guest service skills
Experience using Opera or similar hotel management systems
Experience with Micros would be an advantage
Confidence working independently and making decisions overnight
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A reliable, proactive approach and the flexibility to work night shifts
Experience working within Hotels is highly desirable
