A facilities maintenance company based in Bracknell seeks a Multi Skilled Tradesperson to handle minor maintenance tasks and support planned preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess a range of DIY skills, including plumbing and carpentry, work independently, and have a full UK driving license. This permanent contract involves a 37.5-hour work week, with alternating shifts from early mornings to late evenings.

Strong relationship-building with stakeholders is necessary, and previous experience in the building trade is desirable.
