We’re currently working with awell-established Housing Association, seeking an experienced

Multi-Traderto carry out reactive repairs and maintenance withinvoid social housing propertiesacross the Windsor, Slough, Reading, High Wycombe, Datchet, Bracknell and surrounding areas.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Deliver multi-trade repairs and maintenance such asbasic carpentry, tiling, plastering, and decoratingas required.

Work onreactive maintenanceanddisrepair cases, ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in line with client SLAs.

Maintain excellent customer service and communicate effectively with tenants and housing officers.

Kitchen fitting

Requirements :

Proven experience

Multi-Trader, ideally withinsocial housing or domestic property maintenance.

Competent in carrying out minor works in additional trades (carpentry, tiling, plastering, etc.).

Full UK driving licence –company van and fuel card provided.

Valid

CSCS Cardor trade qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds) preferred.

Right to work in the UK.
