This opportunity provides an exceptional 12-week temporary to permanent path for an experienced tradesperson seeking long-term stability and commitment within the social housing sector.

• Core Reactive Maintenance & Carpentry Specialist
• Manage and successfully execute all assigned urgent and routine reactive repair tasks across occupied and empty (void) social housing units.
• Conduct precise fault identification during the initial visit, strongly aiming for a "First Time Fix" whenever practically possible.
• Specialised expertise in all aspects of carpentry and joinery
  , covering but not limited to:
• Fitting, adjusting, and repairing all types of doors (internal and external), frames, associated locks, handles, and hinges.
• Replacement and installation of kitchen units, work surfaces, skirting boards, and architraves.
