Build Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a leading housing maintenance provider to recruit 3 experienced Electricians on a temp to perm basis, covering Bracknell and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with a reputable organisation delivering essential electrical services across social housing properties.

• Deliver a 5-year cyclical testing programme across residential properties and communal areas.
• Provide a high-quality repairs service to residents.
• Electrical testing and inspections (EICRs).
• Reactive repairs and fault finding.
• Testing and works on void properties.
• Electrical works as part of planned programmes (kitchens, bathrooms, heating upgrades).
• Communal lighting upgrades.
• Work across Ascot, Windsor, Bracknell, Sandhurst, Reading, Slough and surrounding areas.
• Customer service is at the heart of this role – you'll be the face of the organisation in residents' homes, delivering work safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

• 18th Edition qualification (essential).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience working within social housing (highly advantageous).
• Experience with NICEIC certification or similar software.
• Proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• £27 per hour.
• Temp to perm opportunity.
• Company van, fuel card, tablet & mobile phone.
• Van fully fitted with racking, inverter and van vault.
• Uniform and full PPE provided.
• 28 days annual leave (once permanent).
