Monday to Friday | 06:00 - 14:00

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PSV Technician to join a busy engineering team responsible for maintaining a modern fleet of passenger vehicles.

This role is ideal for a skilled technician who enjoys fault-finding, vehicle maintenance, and working within a fast-paced transport environment where safety, reliability, and customer service are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

· Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on PSV vehicles.

· Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.

· Complete vehicle inspections in line with company and DVSA standards.

· Accurately record work completed using digital workshop systems and tablets.

· Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.

· Support fleet availability by maintaining high workshop standards.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you will need:

· NVQ Level 2 (or higher) in PSV, HGV, or Commercial Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or an equivalent qualification.

· Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years' proven experience maintaining and repairing PSV or HGV vehicles.

· Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.

· A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Good understanding of workshop health and safety procedures.

Desirable Skills

· IRTEC accreditation.

· PCV licence.

· Experience working within a bus, coach, or commercial vehicle environment.
