Mobile Maintenance Engineer
Responsible for carrying out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and servicing electrical supply, UPS, cooling systems (e.g., split A/C units, air‑sourced heat pumps) across a portfolio of commercial office sites in Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire.
Work involves preventive maintenance, corrective and reactive work at each site, and travel between locations. The role comprises an 8‑hour day with flexibility for travel and optional weekend projects for additional work.
Responsibilities- Perform PPM and routine servicing of site equipment.
- Diagnose and repair corrective/reactive issues on electrical, UPS, and cooling units.
- Manage travel between sites efficiently.
- Optionally undertake weekend projects as required.
- Building Services Mobile Engineer with a Mechanical, Electrical, or Air‑Conditioning qualification.
- Experience as a mobile engineer in similar settings is preferred.
- Fully funded company vehicle.
- Holiday, expenses, mobile, PDA provision.
- Salary range: £45,000 basic plus overtime.
- Optional weekend project work for those who choose.
