We are recruiting an experienced HGV Mechanic to join our client’s team, responsible for the servicing, maintenance and repair of a busy HGV fleet.
Key Responsibilities- Service, repair and maintain HGVs to a high standard.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and electronic faults.
- Attend breakdowns at various locations when required.
- Ensure vehicles meet manufacturer and legal requirements.
- Maintain workshop standards, parts stock and service records.
- Assist with plant equipment repairs where required.
- Experienced HGV Mechanic / Technician.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
- Class 1 & 2 licence advantageous.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible, reliable and safety-conscious.
- Comfortable working under pressure and responding to breakdowns.
