We're partnering with a well-established Housing Association seeking a reliable Multi-Skilled Operative to carry out repairs and maintenance across Empty homes in the Bracknell, windsor, slough area. You'll be delivering high-quality work while treating every property with care and respect.

• £38.000 basic salary

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in empty social housing properties
• Carpentry work - doors, frames, skirting, kitchens
• Plumbing tasks - leaks, tap changes, sanitary repairs
• Patch plastering, tiling, and general making good
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Providing a professional and respectful service to tenants

• NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 (Carpentry preferred, Plumbing also considered), or term served
• Experience with in social housing repairs & maintenance
• Multi-trade capability (plastering, tiling, basic patch brickwork, etc.)
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence
