Step into a stabilizing Interim Controller role where you'll keep the accounting engine running smoothly while the CFO leads an ERP transformation. This is a hands on opportunity to own daily operations and bring structure to a growing environment.

• Be the day to day accounting lead while the CFO focuses on ERP implementation and growth initiatives
• High visibility role with direct access to executive leadership
• Opportunity to bring stability and consistency to a fast scaling organization
• Hands on ownership of core accounting operations in a high transaction environment
• Exposure to both civil and manufacturing business units
• Involvement in an Acumatica ERP rollout without being responsible for overall implementation

• Own and manage daily accounting operations including cash, invoicing, billing, and reconciliations
• Ensure continuity and accuracy across AR, AP, credit cards, and vendor payments
• Oversee sales tax compliance and support transaction heavy workflows
• Identify and resolve discrepancies while improving day to day processes
• Partner with the CFO by keeping accounting operations running smoothly during the ERP transition

• Controller or senior level accounting experience in a multi entity environment
• Strong hands on experience with ERP systems
• Prior exposure to ERP systems or accounting system transitions helpful
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience
