Salary: $85,000–$95,000

• Manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting operations.
• Senior Accountant will drive ERP optimization and accounting process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end close.
• Maintain fixed asset records and oversee depreciation accounting.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance financial controls and business reporting.

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with responsibility for financial reporting and month‑end close
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, system upgrades, or accounting process improvements preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Construction or project-based accounting experience preferred, including WIP reporting and percentage-of-completion accounting
• Strong understanding of GAAP, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
