Job Details Responsibilities- Manage general ledger accounting and monthly close activities.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly accruals.
- Assist with financial reporting, year‑end activities, and audit support.
- Handle intercompany accounting, fixed assets, and inventory reconciliations.
- Support project/job costing, revenue reconciliations, and contract accounting.
- Review corporate credit card activity, process ACH and wire payments, and assist with AR functions.
- Identify process improvements and partner with cross‑functional teams to enhance accounting operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and month‑end close.
- Experience with account reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP is highly preferred.
