We're partnering with a growing, innovative organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join its accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the month‑end close process, working across multiple areas of accounting, and helping improve financial processes in a collaborative environment.

• Manage general ledger accounting and monthly close activities.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly accruals.
• Assist with financial reporting, year‑end activities, and audit support.
• Handle intercompany accounting, fixed assets, and inventory reconciliations.
• Support project/job costing, revenue reconciliations, and contract accounting.
• Review corporate credit card activity, process ACH and wire payments, and assist with AR functions.
• Identify process improvements and partner with cross‑functional teams to enhance accounting operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and month‑end close.
• Experience with account reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP is highly preferred.
