** Accounts Payable Specialist

** Pay:** $24/hour

* Schedule:
** 8 am to 5 pm

* Responsibilities Include:
*
* + Review, verify, and process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
+ Match invoices with receiving documents and purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
+ Process payments for medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and healthcare services.
+ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
+ Maintain accurate accounts payable records and supporting documentation.
+ Ensure timely payment of invoices according to organizational policies and payment terms.
+ Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding payment inquiries.
+ Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations.
+ Monitor outstanding payables and prepare aging reports.
+ Maintain compliance with healthcare industry regulations and company financial controls.
+ Process employee expense reimbursements and corporate credit card transactions as required.
+ Assist with audits by providing requested documentation and financial records.
+ Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes and efficiencies.
Requirements Include:
+ HS Diploma or GED
+ Associate's degree preferred
+ 2 years of accounts payable experience, preferably within a healthcare setting
+

+ ZIP knowledge preferred

** Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
