Job Details

What you'll be doing:
Manage general ledger accounting and monthly close activities
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly accruals
Assist with financial reporting, year-end activities, and audit support
Handle intercompany accounting, fixed assets, and inventory reconciliations
Support project/job costing, revenue reconciliations, and contract accounting
Review corporate credit card activity, process ACH and wire payments, and assist with AR functions
Identify process improvements and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance accounting operations

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
4+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close

Experience with account reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.)

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP is highly preferred
