• Lead all accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements
• Own the month-end and year-end close processes, including audit coordination and compliance
• Oversee construction accounting activities, including WIP schedules, percentage-of-completion accounting, job costing, retainage, and project financial reporting
• Manage fixed asset and equipment accounting, depreciation schedules, and cost allocations
• Partner with executive leadership to improve financial processes and provide operational insights
• Serve as the accounting lead for ERP selection, implementation, and ongoing system optimization
• Develop and strengthen internal controls, reporting processes, and accounting procedures

• Required:
  
  7+ years of accounting experience with significant exposure to construction accounting
• Strong knowledge of WIP reporting, percentage-of-completion accounting, retainage, job costing, and project-based financial reporting
• Experience owning the preparation and accuracy of financial statements
• Prior ERP implementation, conversion, or major systems upgrade experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Proven ability to operate as a hands-on leader in a growing, entrepreneurial environment
