AR Specialist
Location:
Bradenton, FL
Hourly Rate: $23-$27/hr+
Key Responsibilities- Own service billing from end to end - ensuring invoices are generated accurately and on time based on completed service work.
- Post payments across payment types and maintain accurate AR records.
- Support collections activity - following up on outstanding balances, communicating with customers professionally, and escalating as appropriate.
- Coordinate with service managers and operational staff to resolve billing discrepancies or missing information.
- Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, post-acquisition environment where processes are actively being built and refined.
- Work across field service management and ERP platforms to ensure billing data is accurate and complete across systems.
- Service billing experience - you have processed invoices generated from service tickets or work orders and understand how field-based billing works.
- Experience posting payments and supporting collections follow-up.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment where not all processes are established and priorities can shift - this is not a fully structured, steady-state role.
- Fully in-office availability in Bradenton, FL.
- Ability to start quickly with minimal ramp time.
- Familiarity with a cloud-based ERP system.
- Background in field services, facilities maintenance, construction, or a trades-based billing environment.
- Comfort operating in a post-acquisition or integration environment where systems and workflows are actively evolving.
