What You’ll Do

Keep the branch running smoothly through strong organization, communication, and follow‑through:

  • Manage day‑to‑day office operations, including clerical tasks, supplies, and office systems
  • Partner with the Branch Director to support team needs and maintain an efficient work environment
  • Coordinate onboarding tasks, including I‑9 completion and new hire documentation
  • Prepare and organize materials for new hire orientation and ensure readiness for day one
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including patient‑related documentation and vendor invoices
  • Answer incoming calls and support outbound communication on behalf of the branch
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and updates in internal systems
  • Serve as a key point of contact for office needs, vendors, and team support
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings organization, professionalism, and a strong sense of ownership:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of administrative or office experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, including phone support
  • Comfortable working with computers, systems, and office technology
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
