Keep the branch running smoothly through strong organization, communication, and follow‑through:
- Manage day‑to‑day office operations, including clerical tasks, supplies, and office systems
- Partner with the Branch Director to support team needs and maintain an efficient work environment
- Coordinate onboarding tasks, including I‑9 completion and new hire documentation
- Prepare and organize materials for new hire orientation and ensure readiness for day one
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including patient‑related documentation and vendor invoices
- Answer incoming calls and support outbound communication on behalf of the branch
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and updates in internal systems
- Serve as a key point of contact for office needs, vendors, and team support
We’re seeking someone who brings organization, professionalism, and a strong sense of ownership:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of administrative or office experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including phone support
- Comfortable working with computers, systems, and office technology
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience supporting a healthcare or clinical office environment
- Proactive mindset—you anticipate needs and take action
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in where needed
