Description

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Administrative Services Coordinator to support executive leadership, donor engagement, and organizational initiatives within a growing nonprofit organization. This is more than a traditional administrative position. We are looking for a confident self-starter who enjoys creating order, managing multiple priorities, building strong relationships, and helping leadership teams operate at their highest level.
The right candidate will bring both exceptional administrative skills and the initiative to identify opportunities, improve processes, and drive projects forward. In this role, you will work closely with executive leadership, support donor stewardship and fundraising efforts, coordinate communications and special projects, and serve as a trusted resource across the organization. QualificationsQualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience supporting executive leadership, fundraising administration, or nonprofit operations preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and mail merge functions.
- Experience with donor databases/CRM systems and donor record management preferred.
- Comfortable learning and managing multiple technology platforms and systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities with strong follow-through.
- Creative and organized with the ability to assist in communication and donor engagement efforts.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and hospitality skills.
