Manatee Springs Care & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Receptionist to join our team in Bradenton, Florida. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

This role is offered on a part‑time basis with flexible scheduling to support a dynamic work environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and healthcare professionals by answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing calls, messages, and other correspondence.
• Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and tasks for residents and staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive and professional atmosphere for all.
• Participate in and support staff meetings, in‑services, and training programs.

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse individuals.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records preferred.
