  • Quickly and accurately schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments across multiple providers and specialties
  • Collect and verify patient demographics and insurance information in real time
  • Identify urgent needs and help prioritize patients appropriately
  • Ensure all patient records are complete and detailed to support seamless clinical care
  • Direct calls and inquiries to the correct departments without delay
  • Stay on top of voicemails, internal messages, and task queues throughout the day
  • Return patient calls promptly to maintain access and satisfaction
  • Partner with the Clinic Director and clinical staff to accommodate urgent “work-in” appointments

  • Contribute to a team-focused environment where flexibility and support are key

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Clear, confident communication and a patient-first mindset
  • Solid computer skills; experience with EMR systems is a plus
  • Prior experience in orthopedic, specialty care, or outpatient rehab strongly preferred
  • A team-oriented attitude with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency

Why Join Us? You’ll be part of a dynamic orthopedic team where your work directly impacts how quickly patients receive care and start their recovery. If you’re energized by a busy environment and take pride in keeping things organized and moving forward, this role offers a meaningful and rewarding opportunity.
