**** Pay Range:*** $40,000 - $120,000 per year and above (based on role and job performance).

* Qualifications:

*** Valid Driver’s License.
* College Degree, High School Diploma, or equivalent.
* Satisfactory work experience in a fast-paced setting.
** Preferred

Skills:

*** Previous dealership experience is highly desirable; however, motivated newcomers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
* Customer service skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork and continuous learning.
* Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is advantageous.
* Automotive certifications are advantageous based on the position.
** Computer

Skills:

** Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products. Intermediate ability and knowledge of computer systems and web-based applications.
** Communication

Skills:

** Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
** Attendance Expectations:
** The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
