Position Summary
At Sanderson Firm PLLC, the Client Success Coordinator serves as a critical liaison between the Firm and our valued clients. This role is responsible for managing assigned client accounts and providing oversight of client referrals from inception through completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written communication skills, analytical thinking, and exceptional attention to detail, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and transition quickly between tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position plays an important role in supporting client satisfaction and maintaining the high level of service our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to clients on the handling of Workers' Compensation, Liability, and No-Fault Auto claims involving Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) exposure.
- Conduct research and apply problem-solving skills to identify case issues and determine claim status.
- Perform quality control reviews on assigned cases to ensure processing aligns with company policies, procedures, and client-specific handling protocols.
- Complete claim review follow-ups to determine settlement status and identify appropriate services needed to maintain Medicare compliance.
- Maintain regular communication with management regarding workload and case status, and provide support to other departments as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and standards, including safety, confidentiality, and organizational guidelines.
- 1-3 years of Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of MSP terminology preferred.
- Familiarity with Workers' Compensation, No-Fault, and Liability insurance claims preferred.
- Associate degree preferred, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer service and/or administrative role.
- Strong customer service and client communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely in a productive and efficient manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong English usage, grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Ability to follow instructions, respond effectively to management direction, and ask clarifying questions when needed.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to multitask and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change, delays, or unexpected situations.
- Ability to contribute to and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Demonstrated reliability and adherence to company attendance policies.
