Chief Feeling Officer; Customer Experience & Operations Coordinator

The Chief Feeling Good Officer (CFGO) serves as the front line of customer experience while supporting key day-to-day operational tasks. This role is responsible for ensuring customers receive timely, helpful support while also assisting with light bookkeeping, data management, and basic creative tasks to support the company’s online presence.

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email
• Provide prompt, professional, and friendly responses to customer questions and concerns
• Resolve issues efficiently or elevate when necessary
• Maintain a positive and helpful brand voice in all communications

• Perform light bookkeeping and data entry tasks
• Assist with invoicing, tracking payments, and maintaining accurate records
• Work within accounting software (Quick Books Online experience is a plus)

• Resize and prepare vendor images for website use
• Ensure images meet quality and formatting standards
• Assist with maintaining organized digital assets
• Use tools like Photoshop (or similar software) for basic image editing (preferred)

• Support daily business operations as needed
• Help maintain organized systems and workflows
• Contribute to a positive, efficient, and solutions-oriented work environment

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
• Experience with Quick Books Online (QBO) is a plus
• Experience with Photoshop or similar image editing tools is a plus
