Our retail client is looking for a Store/Maintenance Coordinator. This role will be 5 days/week on‑site in Bradenton, FL, report to the Sr. Facilities Manager and serve as the main point of contact for daily store maintenance/work order coordination.

Compensation

Compensation: $22-25/hr

On‑Site: 5 days/week (Bradenton, FL - 34208)

Duration:6 month Contract

Experience Needed
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with work order systems or facilities/maintenance coordination (Fresh Service or similar)
  • Experience with coordinating between multiple teams/vendors
  • Customer‑service mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound requests and multi‑tasking
Day to Day
  • Monitor the Fresh Service work order system daily and respond to maintenance requests from store managers, group managers, and others
  • Evaluate incoming work order requests and distribute them to the appropriate store maintenance vendors or internal teams
  • Assist Store Maintenance Managers with day‑to‑day functions as needed.
  • Respond to emergency calls and coordinate urgent maintenance dispatch.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets tracking work order status, vendor activity, and facilities data.
Qualifications
  • Ability to efficiently multi‑task and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality for sensitive or proprietary information.
  • Friendly, professional, customer‑service oriented demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with Fresh Service or similar work order platforms a plus.
