Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project HSE Lead based in Bradenton, FL. The Project HSE Lead will oversee health, safety, and environmental regulations, enforce compliance with safety policies, and promote a culture of safety on-site. Responsibilities include identifying workplace hazards, leading training sessions, implementing health and safety protocols, and conducting audits or inspections to ensure adherence to industry and company safety standards.

This role will collaborate with project management and teams to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge and expertise in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Occupational Health.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety best practices and Environmental Awareness.
  • Experience in developing and delivering effective Training programs related to safety and compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for addressing and managing workplace hazards.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote safety goals.
  • Certifications such as OSHA or other relevant industry-recognized credentials in health, safety, or environmental management are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in occupational health, safety, environmental science, or a related field.
