We are seeking a
** Graphic Designer
** to join our in-house creative team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on producing high-quality digital and marketing assets across multiple channels, including email, web, social media, digital advertising, and in-store visuals.
* Create, prepare, and optimize email designs for deployment through our email platform
* Support seasonal and promotional campaigns (back-to-school, holiday, etc.)
* Develop layouts and creative concepts based on briefs and business requirements
* Collaborate closely with marketing, ecommerce, and cross-functional partners to ensure brand consistency
* Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail
* Produce light animation or motion graphics (e.g., GIFs) as needed
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a lean, fast-paced environment
* Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate creative output
* High-visibility work with impact across the entire organization

** Required Skills & Experience*
* * Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field (preferred)
* 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Digital Designer
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Experience designing digital-first creative (email, web, social, digital ads)
* Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
* Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
* Comfortable receiving and applying feedback in a collaborative environment
* Experience with Figma
* Basic motion graphics or animation (After Effects)
* Familiarity with email platforms such as Listrak
* Retail, ecommerce, or consumer brand experience
* Basic awareness of HTML (no coding required)
* Experience using AI-powered tools to improve design efficiency and production
