Crown Design Group is a full-service audio, video, lighting, and technology integration company specializing in creating exceptional environments for churches, entertainment venues, and organizations. From initial design and engineering through installation, commissioning, training, and ongoing support, our team helps clients turn ambitious ideas into reliable, engaging experiences.

Crown is looking for a creative storyteller to take ownership of how our company shows up online. This isn't a traditional social media manager role. We're looking for someone who can find the story, capture it, turn it into compelling content, and help us build an audience around the work we're doing.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating videography, photography, editing, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency with professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of Instagram, You Tube, Facebook, and Linked In, including what makes content perform differently across platforms
• Ability to take a concept from idea to capture to edit to publish with minimal supervision
• Strong creative instincts with an eye for composition, lighting, pacing, music, typography, and current visual trends
• Comfortable interviewing, directing, and capturing content with employees, executives, clients, and other non-actors
• Ability to recognize and develop compelling stories from active projects, events, installations, and everyday company life
• Organized enough to manage a content calendar, multiple projects, raw media, deadlines, and publishing schedules
• Comfortable working in active job sites, churches, venues, offices, and other production environments
• Willingness to travel throughout Florida and occasionally out of state to capture significant projects and events
• Strong communication skills and the professionalism to represent Crown around clients
• Self-directed, curious, and comfortable experimenting with new creative approaches, technology, and AI-assisted workflows

Bonus qualifications: Experience growing social accounts, paid social advertising, podcast production, motion graphics, graphic design, drone operation, SEO, email marketing, or working within the AVL, live-production, church, architecture, construction, or technology industries.
