Overview
  • This is an In‑Office position located at 8430 Enterprise Cir, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202
  • Hours:

    M‑TH 9am‑6pm EST and Fridays 8am‑5pm – No weekends
  • Pay: $18/hr

How You’ll Make An Impact

You’ll be answering the phone and emails from our customers when they have questions or issues around their insurance policies. This isn’t your typical call center job; you may need to investigate issues and research problems to ensure customers’ questions are answered correctly and resolved accurately. In every interaction you’ll demonstrate outstanding listening skills while providing excellent customer service, be patient, show empathy, and further promote our reputation of integrity.

About

You

As a minimum requirement you’ll need:

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • The ability to type well and use a computer

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Insurance license 4‑40 or 2‑20 (training will be provided if you do not have one)
  • Ability to use Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to take complex information and explain it in simple terms, either in writing or over the phone or chat
  • An eye for detail
Compensation and Benefits

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
