The Veterinary Hospital Receptionist Team (CSRs) provide a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate experience for clients and their pets. This role is the first point of contact for the hospital and is critical to creating a positive, lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients warmly and provide excellent, expeditious service.
  • Answer incoming calls: respond to client questions, screen service needs, and schedule appointments.
  • Process check-ins/check-outs for pets, including handling payments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, e-mails, and phone messages.
  • Monitor the client waiting area to ensure a clean, comfortable, communicative environment.
  • Document and maintain accurate client information, service data, and patient records in the hospital software system.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive client concerns to senior staff or management.
Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of customer service or job-related experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus.
