Member Services Coordinator (On-Site, Full-Time)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Member Services Coordinator
to support our members and deliver an exceptional customer experience. In this on-site role, you’ll make post-delivery calls, gather feedback, assist with ongoing service needs, and keep members informed about plan updates. Estate planning is about protecting families and honoring final wishes; in this position, you help make that possible by ensuring members understand their benefits and can easily access a network attorney for any changes or estate settlement needs.
- Make post-delivery and survey follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and request online reviews
- Explain Assured Care benefits and the importance of access to a network attorney
- Participate in call campaigns and handle incoming calls, routing to the appropriate team member
- Provide calm, professional support and help resolve member issues
- 2+ years in customer service or member-facing roles
- Paralegal certification highly preferred (or related legal/estate planning experience)
- Strong communication skills and a patient, professional phone manner
- Organized, able to manage multiple tasks; proficient with Microsoft Office
- W-2 position, paid weekly
