Pay Rate: $21.00
Job Responsibilities:
+ Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently
+ Assist customers with account inquiries, settlement-related questions, and general support needs
+ Accurately document customer interactions and case details
+ Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
+ Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
+ Meet productivity, quality, and service-level expectations
+ Follow established workflows, scripts, and compliance procedures
+ Demonstrate strong listening, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills
Basic Hiring Criteria:
+ Previous call center, customer service, or contact center experience preferred
+ Must have a minimum of one year of call center experience
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
+ Strong computer navigation and multitasking abilities
+ Ability to type and document information accurately
+ Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
+ Must be able to articulate verbally clearly
