Member Service Specialist – Bradenton (Base rate + Incentives)

Responsibilities:

• Assist members and potential members with Credit Union needs directly and through other Member Service Representatives; provide expertise with complex Credit Union services such as IRAs, certificates of deposit, electronic funds transfer, home banking, etc.; explain services, set up new accounts, lending activities, respond to problems and direct members to the appropriate people.
• Responsible for cross selling all credit union products and services to achieve corporate goals.
• Assist members with opening and closing accounts, take and close loans; answer questions about products and services and resolve problems that are within authority to resolve.
• Assist other Member Service Reps with technical problems and questions relating to complicated products and regulations.
• Refer problems that are beyond authority to supervisor, along with their recommendations.
• Coach and mentor other Member Service Reps in their daily duties.
• Identify cross sell opportunities and cross sell services to members.
