This role involves assisting customers, answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

• Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.
• Answer customer questions via phone, email, and in person.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process customer requests, orders, and account updates accurately.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: Off
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday: Off

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with common office software
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Must be available to work holidays
• Must be willing to work extended hours as business needs require
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude while assisting customers
