who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a supportive team.

• Be the friendly first point of contact for customers
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and confirm upcoming visits
• Use Service Titan software to update customer info and work orders
• Provide updates and support to both customers and technicians
• Keep things running smoothly with accuracy and professionalism

• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience (home services a plus)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Tech-savvy;
  Service Titan experience is a bonus
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude

• $20–$22/hour starting pay (based on experience)
