We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Dental Sterilization Technician to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all dental instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained, contributing to a safe and hygienic environment for both patients and staff.

• Perform sterilization of dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with infection control standards and safety regulations.
• Assist in the organization and inventory management of dental supplies and instruments.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient care.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of sterilization equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in dental sterilization or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and sterilization techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and inventory management.
