Requirements
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the dental front office.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from check-in through check-out.
- Schedule patients and optimize the daily schedule.
- Verify dental insurance benefits and explain treatment recommendations.
- Coordinate patient flow and maintain an efficient schedule.
- Support administrative operations and office performance.
- Foster a positive, professional, team-oriented culture.
- Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of dental office management experience (Required)
- Experience with dental insurance verification (Required)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital dental office
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
preferred - Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
