West Bradenton Dental is looking for a full-time dental hygienist to join our team! We're a close-knit, patient-focused practice with a long-tenured team and a strong reputation for building lasting relationships in our community. • Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (hygiene-focused day)
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM

• Comprehensive practice with a variety of procedures done in-house

• Provide comprehensive hygiene care including prophies, SRPs, and periodontal maintenance
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment needs, and preventive care
• Complete assessments, charting, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the doctor and team to support a smooth, efficient schedule
• Follow infection control protocols and clinical standards
• Build strong, long-term relationships with patients
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture

• Active Florida dental hygienist license
• 2–3+ years of hygiene experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Dentrix/Dexis is a plus but not required
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
• Passion for patient education and relationship-based care
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable and open to learning within an evolving practice
