Anesthesiologist

Sound Anesthesia is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join the team at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, FL, starting in September 2026. This role offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive anesthesia care in a collaborative, site-led team environment handling complex cases. Physicians will enjoy a schedule featuring day shifts, extensive time off, and limited call alongside robust compensation options.

• Manatee Memorial Hospital offers robotic-assisted (da Vinci), general, ortho (including spine, total joint, shoulder, hand, foot & ankle), Neuro, Uro, Plastics, OB/GYN, EP/IR, services
• Main OR role with a separate MD team covering Cardiac & Vascular Cases includes open heart (CABG), Structural (TAVR, Mitra Clip, Watchman), Vascular, Endovascular, AAA endo (EVAR), Stents, and Peripheral interventions
• Awards:
  Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery, Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval, and U.S. News and World Report designated as High Performing

Responsibilities

• Focus on caring for complex cases in a busy collaborative care team environment
• Provide anesthesia for a diverse range of cases
• Document anesthesia administration and patient responses in accordance with hospital and Sound Anesthesia standards

Requirements

• Completion of a US Residency
• Board certification in Anesthesia
• Active FL license
• Authorized to work in the United States
