Being a teacher at a childcare center is a journey where you learn, grow, thrive, and play every day. As a Lead Teacher, you will create and mentor teaching experiences while leading classroom management and curriculum implementation. You will promote children's growth and build relationships with families to support center success.

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Maintain expertise on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families.

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
