Position Overview
This registrar position serves grades 6-10 and dual-enrolled students, and acts as the testing coordinator for formal student examinations.
The registrar facilitates student enrollment, record keeping and storage in compliance with federal, state and local guidelines for the charter’s students, capped at 540 seats. The position also assists with the graduation requirements for dual-enrolled students.

Key Responsibilities- Education / Experience: Associate degree or equivalent; one to two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with college course equivalencies and degree completion requirements preferred.
- Supervisory
Experience:
One or more years of experience as a “lead” employee, responsible for training teachers in test security and administration, and assisting others with problems as required. - Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
- Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume; compute rates, ratios, and percentages; apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram/chart form; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete changes in standardized situations.
- Computer
Skills:
Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software; basic knowledge of web design software; ability to use College required database software. - Certificates and Licenses: None required.
