Core content curriculum creation, implementation, and delivery in the classroom.

• Create and implement instructional activities that foster an engaging learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records pursuant to laws, district policies, and school regulations.
• Select and adapt instructional resources to meet diverse student needs, including learning styles and special needs.
• Enforce discipline in accordance with school policies.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with students, parents, and professionals.
• Model professional and ethical standards in interactions with students, parents, peers, and the community.
• Ensure continuous student growth and achievement appropriate for age, subject, and program.
• Provide regular updates on student progress to colleagues and parents.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Undergo a background check and drug test upon offer.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject area.
• Highly organized, flexible, and supportive of boarding students and families.
• Ability to create lesson plans that meet the needs of a diverse student population.
• Technologically savvy.

• Master’s degree in a relevant subject area.
• Former student athlete.
• International education experience.
• Experience working with student athletes.
• NCAA compliance experience.

• Ability to lift, move, push, and pull equipment or boxes exceeding 40 lbs.
• Comfortable working in outdoor temperatures for reasonable periods.
• Mobility around campus, including gym, turf, and fields.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
