Core content curriculum creation, implementation and delivery in the classroom.

• Provide an educational atmosphere where students can fulfill their potential for intellectual, physical, and psychological growth.
• Create and implement instructional activities that foster a climate of active engagement and meaningful learning experiences.
• Update and maintain all necessary records accurately and completely as required by laws, district policies, and school regulations.
• Identify, select, and modify instructional resources to meet the needs of students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with school rules and disciplinary systems.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with students, parents, and other professionals on a regular basis.
• Model professional and ethical standards when interacting with students, parents, peers, and the community.
• Ensure that student growth and achievement is continuous and appropriate for the age group, subject area, and/or program classification.
• Communicate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues, and parents regarding student progress and needs.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethic codes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject area.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Highly organized and flexible in meeting the needs of boarding students and their families.
• Ability to create lesson plans for a diverse student population.
• Technologically savvy.

• Master’s degree in a relevant subject area.
• Former student athlete.
• International education experience.
• Experience working with student athletes.
• NCAA compliance experience.
• Bilingual.

• Ability to lift, move, push, and pull equipment or boxes exceeding 40 lbs.
• Ability to withstand outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.
• Capability to move around campus, including gym, turf, and fields.
