Work ScheduleFull time. 30 hours. Sunday-Thursday
Reports ToKids Campus Director
LocationLakewood Ranch
Primary Responsibilities- Administrative Duties
- Manage weekly volunteer schedule and all workflows assigned to Volunteers
- Recruit & train Coaches/Team Leaders, Room Leaders, and Small Group Leaders (Team Members)
- Lead and build relationships with Coaches/Team Leaders, Room Leaders, and Small Group Leaders
- Implement overall program in collaboration with Central Support
- Ensure physical environment meets BCC’s standards
- Foster a positive relationship with parents. Maintain an atmosphere of open communication.
- Manage childcare for all Campus Events
- Assist in the execution of Summer Camps, Parent Child Dedication, and other Bayside Global Events.
- Attend all staff meetings once a month
- Attend Staff Training Classes once a month
- Attend monthly Bayside Kids Central Support meeting
- Adequate pool of trained volunteers that meet weekend ratios
- Safe, clean, engaging weekly environment that meets quality review standards
- Weekly status reports Qualifications
